Im a huge Manly fan, this is fucked up
I recon if she is making stuff up, take her for everything she is worth and then some, plus it looks like a basic assult charge now, no sexual assult charge because negative DNA tests
I believe Brett to be innocent and thats that
As for Watmough, I think it was heaps funny what he said to that girl at the bar, some people take things too serious
I made a video dissing people who think Brett Stewart is guilty

we have to wait for this to be decided in the courts. those DNA results were quick, maybe a little too quick. we would never have known about the father if not for Channel 9. We don’t know what happened, but there seems to be many who want to discredit her. If it has happened what must she be going through.
Can we have a fair trial not one by media.

No offence, but I think it’s time this subject was relegated to the Polls & Surveys section, or even the history books..!! I know the media is full of it, but fact is… we are less than 24 hours away from the start of the best comp that sport has to offer, and personally I couldn’t care less about off-field dramas, It’s Game Time…!!

Not necessarily. All the tests show is that she was not sexually assaulted. They have film and witness stating that he tackled her and that he had to be pulled off her. The only difference now is that it appears to be a case of assault not sexual assault.

I hope for stewart and the games sake that it is all a load of rubbish but we will have to wait and see.
Let’s just concentrate on and enjoy the footy that’s happening on the field for now!

How about you just hold your horses for a tick…
Father of the victim is dodgy so she made it up??? Hmmm…
Seventeen year old girl puts herself in a position to take advantage of a football player she lives near just after he has been refused service at his local waterhole where he is known as a local legend…? Hmmm…
DNA tests don’t always come back with what you want. If they were looking for “touch” DNA (either taken from her skin or clothing looking for the offender’s DNA), then it is not always going to come back with a positive. It also could have come back as a “partial” match, which would be insufficient to go to court.
I hardly think she is making it up for those reasons. I guess you think that Watmough was the subject of a set up by the sponsor’s daughter to raise her modelling profile?

I will kindly point out, you don’t need to exchange DNA in order to sexually assault someone. Touching her backside can be considered sexual assault, so I think you will find it will continue as Sexual Assault. If you have someone lying on top of you and you have not welcomed it then why is this not considered sexual assault? I remember there was a Union guy from NZ that touched a ladies backside and accidentally touched her ****** at the same time, now he was done for Sexual Assault without DNA charges and convicted, I would think that in someway if a male is laying on a female your ******** are touching her in someway that she can feel, Sexual Assault? Anyway, he is an idiot for putting himself in this position so he must now face the consequences!!!

What a stupid question. Only a ranting- raving Manly supporter would suggest such a dumb thing, go sit in a corner and have a good think about this???????

I don’t think it is for anyone else to say whether she made it up or not. And the lack of DNA evidence does not mean no sexual assault took place. In this day and age it is quite disgusting for an (alleged) victim to be on trial while everyone else rushes around saying “poor Brett Stewart, he’s been treated badly. Shouldn’t have beed suspended”. Yes, I believe he is innocent until proven guilty. But leave the victim alone. If she has made it up, it will come out in the course of the police investigation.

Ok honestly I’m over this subject the point of the matter is this, he got smashed @ the local went home mistook this girl for his girl friend, made a clown of himself and is now paying for it…
If the victim was in it for money don’t you think she would have been paid out by now? Before any of this got to the paper’s, just like the past bimbo’s? C’mon now, let it rest…
